Two Faculty Lecturer Positions in Computer Science

The School of Computer Science at McGill University invites applications for an appointment as Faculty Lecturer. Candidates must have at least a graduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and demonstrated excellence in teaching computer science at the university level. Candidates with a PhD will be prioritized; industry experience will be considered an asset. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
The School is looking for candidates who are able to teach a wide range of computer science courses, as part of both our undergraduate programs and our new Masters (non-thesis) program. Priority areas include (i) applied data science (big data analytics, databases, data mining, etc.); (ii) applied machine learning; (iii) cybersecurity; (iv) large-scale software development and deployment, and cloud management; (v) game development.
