Accomodation Information for ICML, COLT, UAI and MSRL

There are different types of accomodations, all within a 5-minute walk from the conference venue.

• A block of rooms has been reserved in the McGill Residences:
  • New Residence Hall: this is hotel-style accomodation (the residence used to be a hotel). The price is $99CAD per room (single or double occupancy) (plus 12.5% tax). To make a reservation, please call (514) 398-3471 or e-mail reservation.nrh@mcgill.ca and mention the International conference on Machine Learning
  • Bishop Mountain Hall: This is a student-style residence. The price for a single room is $40CAD ($45.15 including tax). The washrooms are shared. To make a reservation, please call (514) 398-5200 and mention the International Conference on Machine Learning.
  The rooms will be retained until May 29 (previously May 24), after which they will be released to the regular pool.
• A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Midtown Montreal. To make a reservation, go to this link. Enter your arrival and departure dates, then click on Corporate, Group & IATA identification, which should show a group booking code (IML) and a number. Then click on "Check availability" and you can select different types of rooms. The rate is $120/night for single or double occupancy, plus 12.5% tax. Note that this block of rooms is currently retained until May 29 (previously May 24); after this date, it will be released to the regular hotel rooms pool.
