Bio

I am currently an undergraduate student at my fourth year at McGill university. I am expected to graduate from a joint major in computer and biology by May 2018.

From my undergraduate I have a moderate familiarity in programming with Python language. I have taken part in research in various areas in machine and have had the opportunity to work with Prof. Jerome Waldispuhl and Prof. Mathieu Blanchette from McGill center for bioinformatics. I am very interested in theoretical computer science, computational modeling and designing machine learning pipelines. In one of my projects I designed an annotation software to create the set of examples I needed to solve a classification problem with machine learning and throught that project I gained a keen interest in software development and the creativity that it provides for the programmer.
