Jin Guo received her PhD from the University of Notre Dame. Her work spans software engineering, human-computer interaction, and applied machine learning, with a focus on facilitating software stakeholders with diverse backgrounds to approach crucial technical, design, and domain knowledge collaboratively. Before her PhD, she worked in the research lab at Fuji Xerox in areas of image processing and computer vision. Her work is funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQNT), the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, Google, and McGill.
